An immersive evening launching the novel "The Hamlet"
IMMERSIVE EVENING – LAUNCH OF THE NOVEL THE HAMLET
An immersive launch campaign blending influencer marketing, narrative experience and immersive theatre.
On the occasion of the release of the novel The Hamlet For Niko Tackian's book (published by Calmann-Lévy), MindQuest Games designed and produced a comprehensive event campaign to bring the world of the book to life even before it was read. The campaign combined a teaser campaign targeting literary influencers with an immersive evening where guests became the protagonists of a life-sized investigation.
Immersive influence campaign Nine booktokers, bookstagrammers, and content creators specializing in literature were selected to participate in the experiment. Two weeks before the event, each received a puzzle book-box containing various objects and clues to decipher in order to gradually discover the date, location, and conditions for attending the event. The experience continued with scripted exchanges via WhatsApp, extending the immersion right up to the day of the event.
An immersive evening at the heart of the novel Participants were welcomed into a scripted experience combining immersive transportation, costume fitting, and preparation before joining a reception entirely inspired by the world of the book. Throughout the evening, they moved freely among the various characters portrayed by actors to piece together an investigation while gradually discovering the novel's themes.
A complete event production To recreate the atmosphere of the 18th century, MindQuest Games handled the design and coordination of numerous immersive devices:
