COMPANIES
The website allows you to request quotes for business services.
- “Escape game” “team-building” type event service packages in a location of the company’s choice. Several offers are proposed by email and a personalized quote is sent depending on the needs of the company
The individual or business customer declares having read and accepted the general conditions of sale prior to placing their order. The validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 3: PRICE
Prices for business and individual offers are only given on quotation.
ARTICLE 4: PRODUCT AVAILABILITY CALENDAR
The availability calendar is communicated by telephone or email depending on requests
ARTICLE 5: ORDER
For business and individual requests, MindQuest Games sends a quote by email. The order is made after exchange by email and telephone. The customer will then have to pay by transfer.
A confirmation email will be sent to confirm receipt.
In the case of services paid after completion, the customer undertakes to pay by sending the validated and signed quote or order form by email.
How OPTIONS work: While awaiting validation, MindQuest Games can place an option on a date/time desired by the customer for a given number of people. In this case, MindQuest Games undertakes to notify the customer of any other request made for the same date which would no longer guarantee availability for the customer having placed an option.
The customer must then confirm or not the option placed within 48 hours maximum, then it is the first one to validate
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT TERMS
For quote requests, the reservation is validated when the quote is signed. Payment must be made by bank transfer or check after acceptance of the quote by the customer.
Depending on the service requested and the quote provided, payment must be made in full or in part before the date of the service.
The total or balance invoice is sent no later than one week after the event.
Payment must be made upon receipt of invoice
ARTICLE 7: CONDITIONS OF MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
For a validated and signed quote:
- Until D-60: 50% of the validated amount is due if cancellation.
- Until D-15: 90% of the validated amount is due if cancellation.
- From D-15 to D-Day: 100% is due in the event of cancellation.
