The infiltrators: another good time to spend as a team
“Once again, the studio is offering us an asymmetrical game. Each player has different information and features depending on the role they play.
After choosing between Hacker or former “Cop”, you are about to infiltrate the offices of the Research and Intervention Brigade to discover the person behind the illegal wiretapping.
The game stands out from the others by the variety of its Gameplay: simulation mini-games, Escape game mechanics and immersive police investigation. We directed our field agent, communicated with him using a sonar radar and a walkie-talkie, hacked the police servers, conducted an interrogation... We even really enjoyed pretending to be a criminal by sending lots of SMS !
The scenario is particularly careful and plunges us, for 90 minutes, into a real thriller with many twists and turns and breathtaking suspense.
A hyper-realistic television news concludes your adventure. With several possible endings, it subtly presents the consequences of each of your choices during the adventure. We also take this opportunity to apologize to this unfortunate innocent man who was killed through our fault..."

5 The game can only be played once but it is possible to interrupt it at any time to resume later. When you log in again, you will automatically return to where you left off.
6 This is an asymmetrical game: the two teams will therefore not have access to the same information and interactions. For reasons of ergonomics, it is not possible to connect more than 2 computers at the same time to the same part.

– I did not receive an order confirmation email
When you place an order, you receive 2 emails. The first is the confirmation of your order, the second gives you the instructions (and links) to be able to play à l’Escape Web. Ad blocker type plugins can cause anomalies in the game display. During your game, deactivate ad blockers such as Ad Nauseam or UBlock.
– I have a problem displaying the game on my screen
The game has been optimized to run on CHROME, EDGE, FIREFOX and SAFARI. Make sure that the two connected computers are using these browsers. If this is not the case, you can copy and paste the internet address from the initial email and put it directly in another browser.
– I have a sound problem with the internal COMTOOL audio and video communication software.

Pensez à vérifier que le son de votre système (en bas à droite) correspond bien au périphérique souhaité. If, despite everything, you cannot see and hear each other, you can use the software chat or external video software. If you hear your partner's sound echoing, you can adjust it in the settings.
Make sure your browser allows the use of audio when you are on the game page. This permission is generally available on the icon to the left of the URL on the browser tab.
– My computer crashed during the game, how can I resume my game where I left off?
Leave the mission email and click again on the link of the team you were in before the bug, you will be automatically reconnected to the game, at the previous step when the bug occurred.
– I have a game synchronization bug between the two teams, what should I do?
Try refreshing the page (F5). If you are both out of the game, it will ask you to enter a username and log in. If there is one player left, when you refresh you will automatically return to the game.
– I'm stuck in the game, and I don't know what to do to progress in the investigation.
At any time, you can press the button [Take a screenshot of the different icons at the bottom of the screen and circle the ?]. It will give you a hint based on where you are. The number of clues can vary between 1 and 3. If you click on the [?] again, the solution will be revealed and you can move on to the next step.
– I have a problem displaying the game on my screen
Try switching to full screen view (F11). The game is optimized to display in full screen without window borders. You can switch between full screen and window view with the computer's F11 key.
